we are celebrating 101 years of independence with a sumptuous four course dinner menu.
Please note, that normal a la carte-menu is valid as well on this special day.

Arctic char fish with cauliflower puree and white wine sauce
Selection of local cheese
Blueberries with spruce sprout ice cream and white chocolate
